“Калі я выйду на волю” (“When I’m Out of Here”) is a work of documentary prose that tells the story of the author’s arrest in September 2020.
The narrative is built on entries from her prison diary and the testimonies of people connected to her during that time.
The book’s design was carefully considered to provide the reader with breathing space—moments to pause, reflect, and process. Given the weight of the subject matter, Hanna and I aimed to create a layout that feels visually and emotionally supportive.
